The REASON I want to SUPPORT YOU - I get, I have been there
I used to feel overwhelmed, stressed, constantly worried, disconnected from myself, a perfectionist, unfulfilled, and lacked any self confidence. All this led to me feeling anxious, not being able to focus on my goals and my mental and physical health in a bad state
Through simple steps using mindfulness I got to a place where I was able to focus my thoughts, feel reconnected with myself and found ways to relax and create my inner calm
MY AIM is to SUPPORT YOU to FIND YOUR MOMENTS OF CALM, POSITIVITY and RECONNECTED TO YOUR INNER SELF
